Welcome Home Alexandra!

In about 20 minutes, my oldest daughter Alexandra will be home this morning and I CAN’T WAIT TO SEE HER!!

Right now, John is at the airport waiting for her. She’s coming in from the USA where she is currently studying and will be showered with loads of love, good food including this fresh bowl of  rhubarb, strawberry and apple crumble for breakfast.

I made this crumble yesterday and kept it overnight in its baking dish covered with foil in the fridge. John and I have already had some early this morning for our breakfast, as you can see looking at the picture below, we’ve ploughed through it. I have a feeling that I’ll be making this again and very soon.

Rhubarb, strawberry and apple crumble

There’s lots of fresh rhubarb right now in our gardens and supermarkets, so should you want to make this fruity, wholesome and not too sweet rhubarb, strawberry and apple crumble, you can view the recipe on this site right here.

Wishing you all a lovely day! 🙂
