Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble

Since spring came early and there’s already plenty of fresh rhubarb in supermarkets, I’ve been making this strawberry rhubarb crumble for the past three weeks.

It is gluten free and so delicious, just the perfect balance of sweet, tart, tender and crisp. Great to have at breakfast or for a mid-day snack or dessert.

The recipe is from my blog site. You can follow the procedure indicated below or here.

Enjoy!
