Congratulations on having your recipe published in Thrive. This is really quite an accomplishment when you think of all the number of recipes out there wanting to get published. Only a matter of time before we see JULIES magazine. Well done.

Thanks! When you make the muffins, make sure that you make them with whole wheat pastry flour, which is light beige in colour, soft and slightly speckled with wheat. It shouldn’t be coarse or grainy. It’s used for making wholesome pastries, muffins and breads. It should say that on the package. I found a great brand here in Switzerland.
